Our Approach
Blue Beacon's
vendor selection process
takes into account each stake
holder's specific requirements
as well as the priority of
each requirement. These requirements
are the foundation for the
creation of the Request For
Proposal (RFP) template.
The RFP provides a means
for Blue Beacon's consultants
to evaluate vendor responses
in an objective and consistent
manner. As the final stage
of this process, Blue Beacon's
consultants work with the
client to identify the most
appropriate vendor / analytical
tools. During the vendor
selection process Blue Beacon's
consultants will accomplish
the following:
- Work collaboratively
with the client to identify
end state deliverables
that will facilitate the
business goals of all channels.
- Identify all data sources
across the various business
channels that would be
targeted for analysis and
inclusion within the web
analytics system.
- Provide guidance in the
creation of a detailed
RFP template.
- Facilitate meaningful
interactions with prospective
vendors.
- Work collaboratively with the
client to recommend and select
the most appropriate analytical
tools.
